The Butter be Gone lifestyle. Check out what my scale said,
Ya, that's four pounds. Or in a more exciting or gross way, that's four packages of butter gone. No, I won't bore you with every pound that just melts off, or shakes off as I run in the weeks to come. But I will be accountable to you. Thanks for your encouragement. I'm standing taller, I felt my stomach muscles again as I ran this morning, and I know I can do it. I've just got to keep thinking butter. Butter be gone!

I love the butter visual aids! It's gross, but effective to visualize my extra 35 pounds that way! I'm happy for you. It's so much easier once you have a couple of weeks under your belt. I can't even get started! You do inspire me, however.
T.O. you did it! I knew that you would stick to it. Just do not get around those almond m&m's. I am watching you. I left my eyes on your kitchen wall. He he
Way to go!
I love your pictures.. they made me laugh.. Wouldn't it be seriously cool if we could see the lost weight just like that. Anyway.. CONGRATS one week down.. they say if you can do something for three weeks it becomes a habit. sooo..
GREAT work! I knew you could do it. Just keep on keepin' on and before you know it. . .. ...
Great Job! Keep it up.
Way to go! I too love the butter visual! I started walking again last night and that was great!
