Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

Grand Cayman of the Cayman Islands was beautiful.  The island was so well kept and groomed beautifully.  We chose to go to Sting Ray City.  It's out in the ocean just before the reef where hundreds of sting rays hang out.  We were skeptical but excited to see something you couldn't see or do anywhere else in the world.  We rode a boat out there where the tour guide let little g drive for a bit.  Once we arrived, we got out of the boat and walked in crystal clear four foot water where sting rays of all sizes swam around us.  It was really neat.  The tour guide caught one and let each of us hold it to get a picture.  It was sliiiiiimy.  Not so sure I liked that.

After leaving Sting Ray City, we were then taken to a place to snorkel.  The kids had a lot of fun swimming around looking at the fish, seeing a sea turtle and finding conch shells.

On our way back to the boat we were excited to see the largest iguana we had seen on the entire trip and it was cool to see our church building on the pretty island.

Such a pretty place.  I'd love to go back.
