Our first port was in Juneau. We went on the Alaska Whales and Rain forest Trails excursion. It was awesome!! Before we ever even got on to our boat, we saw several bald eagles. Of course I was going ballistic. I could watch them forever.
We rode a boat out to see the humpbacks and sea lions. 
The kids were so funny. They kept telling everyone that this was probably their mom's best day of her life seeing how I had seen the whales AND eagles. Too funny. Then we went on a hike through the rain forest where we saw a beaver, 
a porcupine high up in a tree,
moss, granite rocks, flowers,
and the Mendenhall Glacier. There's a man kayaking out there next to the glacier, so you really get a feel for the size of it.
It was a great day. How could it not be? Look at this guy.
But, he's taken. He's all mine. Nothing like a good kiss with a good looking guy up in Alaska. :)

Can I just tell you how much G missed you guys! He asked everyone at the Cabin to take him to Jenae's house, because that's where his mom was going to pick him up. And he asked Garrett at one point if he knew his mom's phone number so he could talk to you. It was sweet.
Glad you guys had a fun/safe trip! I'm slightly jealous! One day... One day we'll get there...
I love whales.. But I've never been to Alaska.. it's on my bucket list though.. Glad you had a good time..
Yay! So glad you got to visit... way sad that big ol' boat didn't sail on up to Kodiak though!!
