But after taking a closer look while sitting on the benches during basketball practice one afternoon, I noticed myself disappointed that these really nice playgrounds had a lot of chipped paint. After studying them for awhile, I got this sick feeling that it may not be chipped paint after all. I got off the bench and walked over to inspect the playground equipment. I was sickened after realizing that the kids were playing on equipment covered in grime. The grime that you could scrape off with a key. (Ya, my nose just wrinkled up too.) I knew right then that I may have just found A's eagle project.
Not a lot of details here, but man did I just want to scream "Hallelujah" when he was done!

That is awesome! What a difference!! Congrats to A for getting it done!
That looks great! I cringe when I see playgrounds like that. Way to go!
Okay, I'm sorry, but those before pictures made me sick. Just thinking about all the germs... But I can't really talk, I do work in a financial institution with gross money all day. Excellent work mamma! I know you put forth just as much effort as the eagle scout to be!

Congrats! i've never seen such a dirty playground. What a great service for him to do. Nice job pressing forward. I hope I can get that accomplishment one day too.
Way to go A! And I loved the covered playground. Of course you'd need that in the heat. Now, how about air conditioning? Maybe G could take that on for his project...
That's awesome and disgusting all at once. I thought it was chipped paint too! What a good project.
That does look a ton better! How did it ever get that way in the 1st place? What to go A!
