Tis the season to be hunting. Fa la la la la, la la la la. Time to pull out the camo and the neon and go hunting. I drew a tag this year so I'll be going this weekend. It's been awhile but I'm excited to get back to my roots. My dad is a HUGE hunter and trained us to watch for deer every time we'd head up the mountain. Hopefully I'll have something to post about when I get back.

How are your parents? Have the gotten their Mission call yet?
Wow! I've never been hunting. I'm not sure I'd like to. I'd like Jake to get a moose to fill the freezer. I'm a big fan of moose meat. But alas, Kodiak has no moose. I was extremely disappointed when I found that out! Oh well. I'll have to settle for the 9 halibut he caught yesterday. We'll have plenty of fish for the winter. I love self sufficiency!
